Multifamily Residential Applications - NFPA 13R
With more than 40 years of successful installations, BlazeMaster CPVC systems are third-party listed for use in residential occupancies up to and including four stories, as defined by NFPA 13R. This includes:

- Hospitality
- Multifamily and Multi-Story Units
- Residential Hotels and Motels
- Student Residence Housing
BlazeMaster CPVC is also third-party listed for residential light hazard occupancies — that means that it can be installed in residential high-rise condominiums and apartments from five stories to 80 stories and beyond in height. This includes:
- High-Rise Hotels and Student Housing
- Multifamily Apartment and Condominium High-Rise Units
BlazeMaster fire sprinkler systems can also be used in ordinary hazard rooms of otherwise light hazard occupancies where the room does not exceed 400 sq. ft (37.16 sq. m).
