Meet Mr. MADHU BURRA,

With increasing awareness about the need for fire protection systems in buildings, there is a growing interest in various fire sprinklers. Myth:

Blazemaster pipes are heavy and also difficult to install.

Fact:

BlazeMaster® CPVC pipes are almost eight times lighter than steel. Not only is the material lightweight, but BlazeMaster® CPVC pipes also has superior hydraulic properties than metal pipes. This allows BlazeMaster® CPVC pipes to be downsized as compared to metal pipes. Thus, they take up less space, allowing builders to install them in tight spaces and reducing the false ceiling height.

BlazeMaster® CPVC pipes are easy to install as they are lightweight and can be cut using simple hand tools. These pipes can be joined using one step solvent- and hot welding is not required at all. A single person can handle the installation by solvent application on a lightweight pipe such as the BlazeMaster®, thereby reducing the labour cost.

In addition to these, BlazeMaster® CPVC piping is UL listed and BIS 16088:2012 certified for use in light hazard occupancies such as residential buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, schools, etc.
