Prevent fire spread with reliable fire protection that is durable, easy to install, lightweight and flame-resistant.
Keep Families and Property Safe in Residential Buildings
In multifamily buildings — such as apartments, condos and student housing — the space a family calls “home” is just inches from those of their neighbors. Occupants deserve the peace of mind a dependable fire sprinkler system provides.
In the event of a fire, BlazeMaster® Fire Protection Systems activate quickly and reliably, preventing fire spread to allow families time to escape while minimizing property damage.

These approvals cover a wide range of residential building types:

- Residential Hotels and Motels
- Apartments
- Condominiums and Townhouses
- Student Residence Housing
- Hospitality
Multifamily Residential Light Hazard Occupancies – AS 2118.1 / NZS 4541
BlazeMaster CPVC systems are also approved for use in light hazard occupancies as defined by AS 2118.1 and NZS 4541. That means that they can be installed in residential high-rise condos and apartments from five stories to eighty stories and beyond in height. This includes:
- Multifamily Apartment and Condominium High-Rise Units
- High-Rise Hotels and Student Housing
BlazeMaster Fire Protection Systems can also be used in ordinary hazard rooms of otherwise light hazard occupancies where the room does not exceed 400 sq. ft (37.16 sq. m).
Considering a fire sprinkler upgrade or repair? BlazeMaster Fire Protection Systems are installed quickly, quietly and securely, allowing buildings to remain occupied during retrofits.
