BLAZEMASTER® FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
NAMES HOYT AS NEW SALES CONSULTANT

R. Mark Hoyt has joined the BlazeMaster® CPVC Fire Sprinkler Systems national sales team as a sales consultant. Hoyt will be responsible for creating awareness and conveying the features and benefits of BlazeMaster fire sprinkler systems to builders, contractors, engineers, architects and code officials in the Northwest. His territory will include Alaska, Northern California, Idaho, Montana, Northern Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and Western Canada.

Hoyt brings to the position 26 years of experience in the fire protection field. Most recently, he spent ten years as regional sales manager with Globe Fire Sprinkler Corporation in Michigan. He also served the company overseeing sales and marketing in fourteen U.S. states and four Canadian provinces. Hoyt was responsible for contacting architects and engineers to specify Globe products.

Prior to that, Hoyt worked in both inside and outside sales for Mechanical Agents. While there, he became a certified installation instructor for CPVC pipe and fittings.

Hoyt started his career in 1978 at Grinnell Fire Protection Systems Co. Inc. In his more than 10 years with the company, he moved up through the ranks, holding the positions of pipe fabricator, material coordinator and purchasing agent.

Hoyt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in zoology and a Bachelor of Science degree in botany from the University of Washington. He currently resides in Covington, Washington.
